The Customer Executive in Information Security will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients on all security-related matters.
This role involves managing customer relationships, addressing security concerns, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding information security issues and inquiries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss security posture, incidents, and improvements.
Incident Management:
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to manage security incidents and breaches.
Provide timely updates and detailed reports to customers during and after incidents.
Assist in the development of incident response plans and procedures.
Advisory and Consultancy:
Offer expert advice on information security best practices and strategies.
Help customers understand and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Compliance and Audit Support:
Ensure customers' compliance with relevant security regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Assist customers during security audits and assessments.
Maintain thorough documentation of security processes and compliance activities.
Training and Awareness:
Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for customers.
Create and distribute educational materials on information security topics.
Promote a culture of security awareness within customer organizations.
Continuous Improvement:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve security services and processes.
Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security or a related role.
Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
